1A.To place an order to ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. the customer must accept the following legal conditions.
None stipulation made by any customer can defer from the ones that ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. have. This can only be accepted if ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. gave to the customer the written acceptance in advance.
1B.- One price is not definitive until ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. gave the final confirmation.
2.- Prices
2.1 The prices given are valid except in case of typographic mistake. The prices are with I.V.A. included. The delivery charges are not included.
3.- Payment terms
3.1 The payments will be done by paypal or T/T in advanced, following the condition that ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will gave to the customer.
4.- Deliveries
4.1 ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will not send any products until the account department will confirm that the payment has being done or that the postpone payment was accepted.
4.2 The delivery will be considered done when the transport will deliver the goods to the customer and he will sigh the reception document. The customer must verify the products ones he will receive them and expose the justify claims in the reception document.
4.3 ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will not compromise to any urgent delivery. The delivery terms indicate by ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. are orientative and ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will do the best to follow them. However, The delay will not implicate the order cancellation or any indemnification. Any clause of delay penalization written by the customer in his order will not have effect by the application of point 1A of this legal conditions.
4.4 ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will try to send always the goods though local transports. However, he reserve the right to deliver the goods though the transport that esteem opportune if is necessary to follow his compromises.
4.5 ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. reserve the right to do partial deliveries.
5.- Returns
5.1 ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will accept returning goods with a maximum of 15 natural days since the invoice date. In case of doing a retuning in this terms, the customer will pay the returning charges that will be a 12% of the product price with a minimum of 36€.
5.2. ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will not accept any retuning goods if the product will not be in perfect conditions.
5.3 ELECTRO BOX S.C. P. will not accept any retuning goods if the product will not have the original packing or this are not in perfect state. The original packing must be protected to make sure that this will be receive in good conditions. Is not allowed to use adhesive tapes.
5.4 All the returning goods must be authorized by ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. To get the authorization number RMA the customer must apply to ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. though an e-mail to info@figurasbellas.es. In this e-mail the customer must inform about the devolution motive and the invoice number.
5.5 Ones the customer will receive the RMA number he will be able to return the goods to the address that ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will specify. The transport charges will be assume by the customer.
6. Guarantee
6.1 All the products sold by ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. have a guarantee time that change depending of the product (the manufactures of the products will assume the guarantee of them)
6.2 The guarantee will be not valid if:
Blows or inadequate transport.
Damages caused by natural phenomenon or catastrophe like storms, inundations, ray, earthquakes, fires……
6.3 All the interventions during the guarantee time will be done in the ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. company.
6.4 Ones the customer will receive the RMA number the customer must done a well packing and send them to the address that ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. will specify. The transport charges will be assume by the customer.
7.- Limited responsibility
7.1 THE INFORMATION GIVEN IN THIS SITE BY ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. IS A INFORMATIVE TITLE THEREFORE ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT THE CONTAINS.
7.2 ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. is not responsible of the contains of others webs enlace to this site. The risks derived by consulting these webs must be assume by the customer that must register by the terms and conditions of this other sites.
7.3 ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. reserve the right of unilateral modifies, without a previous advice & in any moment the presentation and configuration of the site.
8.- Unforeseen circumstances
8.1 The parts will not incur in any responsibility caused by unforeseen circumstances. The fulfilment of this obligation will be delay until the unforeseen circumstances will disappear.
9.- Submission
9.1 ELECTRO BOX S.C.P. hope that all the discords that can appear will have an amicable solution. When this will not be possible |
